Description: A surgical procedure designed to raise sagging skin around the brows, neck, and/or jowls through the use of barbed sutures.
Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under a local anesthetic.
Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to four hours. Patient will return to work within three to five days.
Results: Outcome is short-lived with a lifespan of one to three years due to the lifespan of the sutures.
Complications & Risks: Possible complications related to anesthesia, asymmetry, bleeding or hematoma, nerve damage, or puckering of skin.
