Teeth Whitening

Description: A non-surgical cosmetic procedure utilizing the cutting edge Infinity Pro teeth whitening system which combines LED technology with an exclusively formulated whitening gel for a system designed to give dramatic results fast. The specially formulated whitening gel contains more than just ingredients for whitening, it actually contains a proprietary catalyst which when combined with the LED light activates the whitening gel to work at a faster rate, resulting in a brighter smile in less time.

Anesthesia: None

Surgery & Recovery: Procedure takes approximately 10 minutes per session. Additional sessions will be needed to maintain the whiteness of the teeth.

Results: Outcome will vary from patient to patient. Teeth will often be 7-10 shades whiter depending on patient's desire and health of teeth. Results last anywhere from 3-5 months. Certain foods and drinks can all affect the longevity of the results. It is recommended to use the Infinity maintenance spray between visits to help teeth look their whitest.

Complications & Risks: All teeth whitening gels cause some degree of tooth sensitivity, mainly sensitivity to hot/cold fluids. This sensitivity is normal and should reside within 1 to 3 hours after treatment.

LATISSE™ Eyelash Treatment

Description: A non-surgical cosmetic product, LATISSE™ solution is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker and darker. This product is approved by the FDA. Lashes can grow longer, thicker and darker because bimatoprost (the active ingredient) can also prolong the lash growth phase.

Anesthesia: None

Surgery & Recovery: LATISSE™ is a once-a-day prescription treatment you apply yourself each evening to the base of the upper eyelashes with sterile applicators. The application takes about 2 minutes and may easily be a part of your night time facial cleansing regime. There is no down time or recovery with this product.

Results: LATISSE™ users may see results starting at 4 weeks with full results after 16 weeks. The gradual growth will be visible over time. If you stop using LATISSE™, your lashes will return to their previous state losing the thickness, color, and length they achieved with LATISSE™.

Complications & Risks:Common side effects when using LATISSE™ solution are an itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness reported by about 4% of users during testing. LATISSE™ solution may cause skin darkening, eye irritation, dryness of the eyes, and redness of the eyelids. LATISSE™ solution is an ophthalmic drug product. If any gets into the eye, it is not expected to cause harm. LATISSE™ is comprised of bimatoprost; benzalkonium chloride; sodium chloride; sodium phosphate, dibasic; citric acid; and purified water. If you are allergic to any of those ingredients, LATISSE™ is not the product for you.

Browlift

Description: A surgical procedure the focuses on the patient’s forehead and eyebrows by repositioning eyebrows and creating a softer, more smooth forehead area.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under general anesthesia or a local with sedation depending on patient preference.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to three hours. Patient will return to work within five to seven days.

Results: Outcome is enduring with consideration given to gravity and aging as time passes.

Complications & Risks: Possible irregular scar formation, infection, hair loss or distorted hair line, bleeding, nerve damage, asymmetry, and complications with anesthesia.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Description: A surgical procedure that focuses on the patient’s upper and/or lower eyelids to achieve a youthful, refreshed look through the removal of fat and skin from the targeted area. Often, the procedure will include the tightening of the muscles in the lower eyelids.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under general anesthesia or a local with sedation depending on patient preference.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to three hours. Patient will return to work within five to fifteen days.

Results: Outcome is enduring with consideration given to aging as time passes.

Complications & Risks: Possible asymmetry, infection, marred eyelid function, and complications related to anesthesia.

Facelift (Rhytidectomy)

Description: A surgical procedure designed to target areas within the patient’s face, jowls, and neck to achieve a more young looking appearance. This result is achieved through a reduction in facial fat, tightening of facial muscles, and a reduction of excess skin.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under general anesthesia or a local with sedation depending on patient preference.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from three to six hours. Patient will return to work within ten to fifteen days.

Results: Outcome is enduring with consideration given to aging, lifestyle, and gravity as time passes.

Complications & Risks: Possible irregular scar formation, asymmetry, infection, bleeding and/or blood clots, distorted hairline, nerve damage, and complications related to anesthesia.

Facial Implants

Description: A surgical procedure that places solid, silicone implants into the patient’s desired area (cheek, lip, and/or chin) resulting in improved facial curves and shape.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under general anesthesia or a local with sedation depending on patient preference.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to two hours. Patient will return to work within five to seven days.

Results: Outcome is everlasting.

Complications & Risks: Possible infection, shifting of implant, and complications related to anesthesia.

Lip Augmentation

Description: A non-surgical procedure that results in fuller, voluptuous lips through the injection of harvested fat from the patient or facial fillers. A patient may undergo a surgical procedure for permanent lip augmentation (see Facial Implant section).

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under a local anesthetic.

Surgery & Recovery: Procedure will take about one hour. Patient does not experience any down time.

Results: Outcome is temporary. Depending on the type of facial filler used, patient may need to return every three to six months for additional treatments to maintain outcome.

Complications & Risks: Possible resettlement of fat or fillers, allergic reaction, or asymmetry.

Necklift (Platysmaplasty)

Description: A surgical procedure, often combined with liposuction and/or a face lift, designed to achieve a more youthful look to the patient’s neck by removing excess fat then tightening the muscles and skin.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under general anesthesia or a local with sedation depending on patient preference.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to two hours. Patient will return to work within five to fifteen days.

Results: Outcome is enduring with consideration given to aging, lifestyle, and gravity as time passes.

Complications & Risks: Possible irregular scar formation, infection, nerve damage, and complications related to anesthesia.

Rhinoplasty

Description: A surgical procedure focusing on the reshaping of the nose, nostrils, and/or nasal tip.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under general anesthesia or a local with sedation depending on patient preference.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to four hours. Patient will return to work within seven to fourteen days.

Results: Outcome is permanent. Additional procedures may be performed to refine results.

Complications & Risks: Possible infection, complications related to anesthesia, asymmetry, bleeding, and future trouble breathing.

Thread Lift

Description: A surgical procedure designed to raise sagging skin around the brows, neck, and/or jowls through the use of barbed sutures.

Anesthesia: Procedure may be performed under a local anesthetic.

Surgery & Recovery: Length of surgery will range from one to four hours. Patient will return to work within three to five days.

Results: Outcome is short-lived with a lifespan of one to three years due to the lifespan of the sutures.

Complications & Risks: Possible complications related to anesthesia, asymmetry, bleeding or hematoma, nerve damage, or puckering of skin.
